Day 1

– 180 gr Turkey burgers

Dinner:
– Fresh salmon (not smoked!) accompanied by a stew of peppers and leeks baked.
– A salad green with long watercress and seasoned with lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil.

Before going to bed:
– An Apple
– A handful of pumpkin seeds
– 200 ml of water

Note:
Perricone argues that food supplements are useful and thus developed its own line of supplements that help get the best results during the diet.

Day 3

Breakfast:
– 70 g fresh salmon baked
– Bran oatmeal with blueberries or other fresh berries
– Green tea
– 200 ml of water

Lunch:

Snack:
– A couple of yogurts with sesame seeds and seeds of a pomegranate.
