This is a restrictive diet in terms of calories. Eating large quantities of apples may lead to too high a level of acidity in the stomach, but it can be simply taking pills of activated carbon after meals.

To prepare this Smoothie or liquefied, you need the following ingredients (for a glass):

– 1 tablespoon of oats (crushed or flaked)
– A Green Apple.
– A cup of fresh orange juice.
– A spoonful of honey (optional).
– Clean the apple and split it into small squares, removing the heart and nuggets. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend them well. Take it in fasting and then breakfast something soft.

2. Smoothie slimming

To prepare this delicious milkshake, you will need the following ingredients (for a glass):

– 1 tablespoon of oats (crushed or flaked).
– 1 tablespoon of flaxseed.
– A Green Apple.
– Half a tablespoon of cinnamon powder.
– A glass of water.
– A spoonful of honey (optional).

Washing very well the apple and remove the heart and nuggets.
